Nikken Return Policy
NIKKEN PRODUCT RETURN POLICY (BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Nikken products are not considered and never offered or intended as medicines or medical treatment for any disease or disorder, either physical or mental. Consultants of Nikken Inc. and Nihon Kenko Zoushin Kenkyukai, Canada Corp. are prohibited from participating in any diagnosis, prognosis, evaluation, treatment, description, management or remedy of any disease or physical or mental disorder. Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected. Please check the contents of this order immediately against the items marked as shipped on the front your invoice. Report any discrepancy or damage within 10 days to Nikken. Failure to report any shipping discrepancy within 10 days of receipt will cancel the right to request a correction.
GENERAL PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
Nikken guarantees that all products will be free from defects in workmanship, and each carries its own limited warranty, as listed on nikken.com under each product description. If you receive or experience a manufacturer defect on any product during the warranty period, contact Nikken for repair or replacement. Returned products that are not deemed defective will be returned back to you at your expense. Please note that products that are misused or altered are not covered under this warranty.
NUTRITION/SKIN CARE 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Nikken guarantees the quality of any nutritional and skin care product that carries the Nikken name. Nikken certifies that its products meet high standards of freshness and purity. If you are not satisfied, the product may be returned to Nikken within 30 days after purchase.
RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY
Nikken products may be returned for refund if the product is resalable condition, stock and sold by Nikken and returned within one year of the original purchase date. Refunds are based on selling price less the original shipping fee and less a 10% handling fee. Returns by Consultants will also incur deductions for any commissions or rebates paid. Nikken will not accept the return of individual items from a multi-item kit or pack. Products that are used and/or not defective are not eligible for refund. Used or not defective products will be mailed back to you at your expense.
RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS
For all returns, please contact Nikken for authorization and for a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be listed on your return package. Returned packages without an RMA will be returned back to you at your expense.
